Called to get some advices, very unfriendly, told us to come back to them if we want a "real" pool. Not recommending EDIT: Thanks for your answer I appreciate that you took the time. Just as we say in France "le conseil est gratuit". Even though you don't sell any lower class product, advices and quick help or tip are always welcome. Especially when you work in the commercial area. I know that the product we've bought might not be the best, but who knows, I would have been interested to buy another one maybe? As said, the impression you left is very bad and not professional to my point of view. By the way, we've called other pool shops, who were very friendly and helped us, even though we didn't buy the lower class pool or non "real" pool in their shops. I guess they were busy too, especially during those special times. Again, the attitude makes the difference. Good luck for the future
