Couldn't be happier with the staff in labor and delivery. Jaime, Alison, Tracy and Polly are some of the top mentions. It felt like family. They truly care about my level of comfort as well as keeping me informed as to what's going on during labor with the baby. U of M being a top hospital is reassuring but actually experiencing it I can say first hand I wish I'd had all my kids here!

This department is a black spot on an otherwise wonderful institution. We saw a doctor a total of 1 minute during the entire birth process. The staff was completely callous to my wife's pain post birth. They also require all inductions to be done at night, just to make sure that you are already completely exhasted before you even start labor.
