We delivered our third baby at Birth Center Stone Oak. The space was like our home and the staff were like our family. The care we received from prenatal visits through birth was more than we could ask for. Gentle, calm, non-invasive, informative, supportive, positive. Thanks to this team of midwives I was able to deliver our (surprise!) breech baby girl, unmedicated, without interventions, and completely perfect and healthy. I am forever grateful for this team and will always recommend Birth Center Stone Oak to everyone! You won't regret choosing this team for your birth!

The midwives at the birth center made me feel welcome, listened too and empowered from the very beginning. They answered all of our questions with In depth knowledge and patience (we are the couple who asks so many questions). There is always a sense of calmness and readiness when we walk through the door. We are now going back to the birth center for our second baby! I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Birth Center Stone oak. I was privileged (yes privileged) because I could only wish such deliveries on any woman when it comes time to deliver their babies. I was fortunate to experience two deliveries with them. When you arrive for your appointment it never feels rushed and you actually develop a trusting and bonding relationship with the midwives. They are knowledgeable and always available for questions. They guide you, yet allow you to be a part of every decision regarding your body and baby. I always felt safe and secure every step of the way. What's even more amazing is to be \listened to\ rather than just \talked at.\ Joi became more than a midwife to me, she inspired me in such a way that affects your life forevermore.

This was the most amazing birth experience. From the first appointment I was so impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the entire staff. Everything from start to finish was perfect. My birth experience was so peaceful and serene. I would highly recommend the Birth Center Stone Oak to any family seeking an alternative to a traditional hospital birth. The midwives and entire staff are so attentive, responsive and compassionate. The facility is warm and welcoming and such a comfortable setting for labor and delivery. I would highly recommend Birth Center Stone Oak to anyone looking for a peaceful and natural birth experience! From the first visit, I felt my choices would be honored and I would be well taken care of. When I found out I was having twins, I was worried I would not be able to go through with a birth center birth, but I was reassured that the Midwives were experienced in twin deliveries and as long as the pregnancy remained uncomplicated I could continue with the original plan. The Midwives referred me to a perinatal specialist and helped to keep me healthy throughout the pregnancy. At 39 weeks, 5 days I gave birth to my healthy twins in the comfort of the birth center under the skilled and attentive expertise of the Midwives/staff. I am forever grateful for my experience here!
