While visiting Strassbourg, about 2000 km from home, I managed to destroy my tire. The car having air suspension, some electrical issues(it wouldn't let me engage 'service mode'; that could mean more trouble if I'd lift it) and it was a Friday evening, we could not go anywhere but Volkswagen. By Monday noon, both front tires have been changed, at a very good price considering it is a VW garage and not an independent. Many thanks to Mr. Murat who has been a great help!

I just want to say a big thank you to the two mechanics that helped us today. We're travelling through France from the UK and on our last day developed a noise from the suspension of our car. It took two test drives, 1 hour, two mechanics and a lot of google translating (as neither spoke English or me French) to find what was (thankfully) a big granite stone that had wedged into the suspension arm causing the noise. Hat's off to you guys, fantastic service. Merci Beaucoup!! Thank you very much!!

À croire que les commerciaux vendent trop de voitures en ce moment... (pourtant 2020 pire année depuis 1975...) Pris de haut lorsque l'on demande des renseignements sur l id 4 haut de gamme (quasiment 60.000e...). Des tonnes de commerciaux et l'on patiente longuement avant que l'un daigne venir... D'ailleurs à priori certaines heures (le midi) doivent poser problème... Bref, j'irai dépenser mon argent chez un concurrent, au moins Audi et Tesla sont un minimum agréable avec leurs clients...
