It's going downhill, in here regularly and it's a bit like a jumble sale the amount of random stuff everywhere, normal items are more expensive than competitors and the staff are vague and expressionless most of the time. Could do with all the clearance items being put together in a more visible place because everyone loves a bargain.

A friend bought three garden chairs, which looked very nice (45 each) however when it rained they held the water, which meant they couldn't be used until they dried out!! There was no label on them to state this and when complaining, absolutely nothing was done. Please be aware, no one wants to take garden chairs inside every night, or even when a shower threatens
