My homeowner's policy has been with Bishop for the last 3 years. My agent was khanh Tran. Though I try to impress upon my agent that my insurance premium should be billed directly to me, instead the bills were sent to my mortgage company. The first year it happened I had to take time out of a business meeting to resolve the problem of the past due premium. If I had been billed in a timely manner I could have resolved this issue prior to my departure . this year the policy was cancelled for non-payment because again the bill premium went to my mortgage company, no notification was made to me. I contacted one of the company presidents on September 21st to try to resolve the issue. Today is October 1st and I have yet to receive a response. They have lost as a customer because of this continuing issue. I hope this review helps you in your selection of insurance agents

Khanh Tran is the best agent I have ever worked with for insurance. She is attentive to my needs for my home, car, business and boat. There are many times I called her after hours for questions relating to my issues and never once she failed. I recommend her because she have always done her best. Thanks girl!!!!!
