Crispy and aromatic biscuit (hiong pang) fresh from oven, a bit isolated but still able to go with Waze.

We couldn't find it somewhere at town... We feel so desperate because we love this biscuit so much... Finely the papa go bring us to its factory instead

Wonderful opptunity to see how the biscuits are made. The owner of the shop nd factory was very informative and kind as he explainedthe the process as well as the difference between the biscuits. The highlight for me was trying some of their signature heong peah straight out of the oven! I've never had it so fresh before so that was a real treat. Factory and store is a little out of the way but worth the visit. The shop has other things such as noodles and coffee too but the standout is the heong peah both traditional. And charcoal variety

The house brand JDY's flagship is it's 'heong paeng'. This is the location of JDY's HQ & production center; the place where the famed fragrance of their house brand "heong paeng" are made. JDY also carries products of other brands in addition to their own. JDY's 'heong paeng' is deliciously crispy and 'heong' (fragrant) when fresh off the oven and still warm. Get a couple of packs if you find yourself in the area; as gifts or for your own consumption. You'll be glad you did. A little trivia: before Covid-19, tour buses from out of town would bring tourists here to buy some gifts/souvenirs for their friends & families back home.
