I recently had zoom teeth whitening done at Bite Dental Studios and I'm so happy with the result! I had shopped around at a few dentists that offer zoom in Brisbane CBD but ended up choosing Bite because they seemed to really care about the health of my teeth. They insisted on doing a clean before the whitening which was fine, I needed it. I really liked that Dr Ellie Shih took her time with me and helped to ease my anxiety about the pain I was expecting (It wasn't bad at all). I also want to thank the lovely reception staff for making me feel so welcome when I arrived.

Great experience as per usual. Great staff - friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and great results. Only dentists I don't dread going to, I know that its not just a job, they are there to support you through the process. I do have a question though, is there a way to add a sixth star to the rating? Reminds me, I have to again thank my friend who suggested them to me. In all seriousness, to anyone that's reading this, I'm never going to another dental practice.

Friendly caring receptionists and dental nurses, highly skilled and knowledgable dentists - they go above and beyond to ensure your experience at the dentist is excellent and you are well taken care of. Very highly recommend Simon and his team who have nursed me through a severe fear of dental work to sorting out a conglomerate of complex dental issues that had built up as a result of avoiding the dentist for years. I now actually enjoy my trips to the dentist as the team are all so friendly, great conversationalists, know how to gently distract from discomfort and are ever so gentle and such finess with their work - who would have thought a dental visit could be enjoyable? I'm amazed.

I have been to many dentists in my life and this place is by far my favourite. I walk in, the wonderful receptionist is like a friend and completely put me at ease. Then Ellie my dentist came out and proceeded to give me a tour of the place. She calls everyone by name and let’s me know what they do. It’s lovely. Ellie sat with me for while and genuinely was interested in ensuring that I had a plan in place and made me feel like this was a place I would come to forever, not just once. The thing I noticed the most was the “please” and “thank you” Ellie would say to any staff member that assisted her. It’s a place that actually made me excited to maintain my teeth, not a place that were after my money and didn’t know my name. Thank you to the team. You absolutely deserve 5 stars!

I am sooo glad I found Bite Dental after YEARS of avoiding the dentist due to a childhood fear of the dentist. Dr Julia has been SO amazing and kind and caring. When I told her about my fear she was extra gentle and always let me know what was going on so I could feel at ease. She addressed all my concerns about my teeth and jaw and really takes a preventative approach to health which I really, really appreciate! Thank you Dr Julia!!!
