Working with James from BK Paving was wonderful! I requested five bids for this job. James was by far the most knowledgeable and was able to communicate well. He was here when he said and did the work as promised. My property was left clean and in good shape. They were careful around my old oak trees when the worked. We had a substantial driveway crack seal followed by a sealcoat process on a 650 12 foot asphalt driveway. I agonized over several estimates for several months before choosing BK PAVING SEALER. James Hiser personally provided estimates of 2 suggested options for the 24 year old driveway which needed attention. His was the best of several good choices.The stated work was performed by a courteous,professional crew with the needed equipment.The job required extensive crack seal and 2 courses of sealcoat. The one day estimate required 2 days to complete because it was done with care and skill by the crew.The resulting finished driveway is way above my particular expectations at a great value. I have been in construction and office development in SA for 45 yrs. James recently did a overlay of one of my building parking lots. I can say that I was very impressed with not just the finished result but the professionalism with James and his crew getting in and getting the job done to keep any inconvenience to the tenants to a minimum. We will soon be starting the second project with James who will be our paving go to guy for the next 45 years. Should be 6 stars rather than 5 stars.
