Dr. Jake saved my dogs life. He couldn't find out what was wrong with my rott and after experience surgery found a hole in my dogs intestines. Due to where the hole was my dog had a 10% chance of survival. Because of the wonderful care and treatment the staff have my dog, he is back to his normal self. Thank you too all.

I have nothing but high praises and gratitude for Black Canyon Veterinary Clinic!! The staff is always so polite and happy to speak with. They were so patient and kind to me even after multiple calls and lots of back and forth phone calls in one day. The vets and vet techs were excellent communicators and really took the time to answer all my questions, call me back, and give me lots of information. From the day of my boxer's surgery, to needing after hours care, and ultimately taking her last minute for a blood clot additional surgery, everyone was 120% caring, professional, responsive, and reassuring the whole way. I was not charged for the second surgery, and only paid for the sedation. They are fair on their prices and really do care about your pets. I can't thank them enough!

My experience was great, as always! I got in right away and Loki was taken very well care of. Dr Thompson, I had never met before, but he did an amazing job and was so kind and absolutely loved Loki! I really appreciate the care and how quick and easy they made the appointment.
