Went in for a quote on a small plain complete window sill. Couldn't give me the price there and then for some reason and said they'd get it to me later that day. I phoned them each day for the next 3 days and they kept saying they were waiting for their profiler? Couldn't wait any longer so went round the corner to Leamore windows who sorted me out there and then. Are you a window company that sells windows or not?

Came to give us a quote about 3 weeks ago for a conservatory. Fella didn't seem.to know we hat he. Was doing ,every question we asked oh I'll ask my fitter about that .never had quote price for the job.would have liked a price but fella wasn't interested from the off.doesnt look good on the company.

I invited 2 well known window companies and Black Country Glazing to give me a quote to double glaze a 2 bedroom starter home. The first gave me a load of sales talk despite me telling him I wanted bottom price and no time to waste, the second one was the same, Black Country Glazing then turned up with a tape measure, pencil and paper, no nonsense, a quick quote followed and they were the chosen one. That was 9 1/12 years ago, since then, they have come back to sort out 3 minor problems with the windows (without quibble) all under their 10 year guarantee and have sent me replacement keys when they were lost/taken by tenants. They are always extremely friendly. I have used them for a second rental and would highly recommend them. No nonsense, good quality, good price, friendly and reliable.
I'm still waiting for a quote,been a week,no sign,even though I phoned up asking what the reason was,so can't rely on these,if they do not turn up to quote me.
