Gary performed a home inspection for us as part of the process of our recent home purchase. He was recommended to us by our realtor, and we are extremely happy with the level of service we received. We never met him in person because of covid restrictions, but through all of our phone and email interactions he was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable, always professional and helpful. The inspection was done on time and the very detailed report was received the same day. We had never been through the process before and he took his time to go over all of the details, patiently explaining everything to us, and answering our many questions. We contacted him several times over the family day long weekend with further questions, and he always made time for us and answered our questions. He helped us to understand the importance and priority of the few issues he found. The report itself was detailed and well laid out with an easy to understand summary, and lots of pictures to easily identify every point. His administrative assistant Robyn was also very friendly and helpful. I would heartily recommend Gary and Clarity Home Inspections to anyone needing this service, and I will definitely be calling him first if I require any type of home inspection again.

Gary provided an easy to review (and very thorough) of an older house we are purchasing. His company also arranged for a WETT inspection via another company at the same time. He emailed the report and called the same evening as the afternoon inspection. I absolutely recommend this company - the inspector and scheduling staff were easy to work with.
