They don’t need my business and they aren’t afraid to show it in their lack of interest and concern. Inconsiderate and rude! Awful customer service. After being referred to them by my mother, I am beyond disappointed. I brought two sweatshirts and asked if they could print some names and a date on each. I was told by Sherry that it would “cost more than I’d be wanting to spend”. I’m appalled. I requested a service that I thought they offer, and she told me it was “too expensive“. I won’t go back. I’m throwing out all of their shirts that I currently own. This is an extremely special gift and no amount is too much. Thank you for nothing A&J Screening/Park Bench Apparel. Except the first gal, and the dog; both friendly!
