Unfriendly and poor customer service, would not recommend. Went in to open a new account, nobody was available to help so I waited a while for somebody. Chelsea eventually came around to help me and had an unfriendly demeanor immediately. We made it to her desk to sit down and she just stared at me. So, I asked her what we needed to open the account as I handed her my ID and some checks to deposit and she eagerly dismissed me saying I didn't have what I needed to open the account at that time. I knew I had other options to open the account right then, like a cash deposit, but she didn't offer any options and again just awkwardly stared at me as if just waiting for me hurry up and leave so she could go to lunch or something. Very glad I was able to experience their customer service firsthand before I opened the account, probably saved myself a lot of grief in the future.

Yeah it’s a great bank to bank at, everyone’s friendly and helpful. Until you’re stranded in a different state, locked out of your bank account to no access to your money because you’re outside of business hours and it’s a holiday weekend. It’s not convenient for that stuff and I’m switching banks. I shouldn’t have to be left without access to my money because they don’t have a “reset your password” link.
