Great company as long as you do as they say. They will lie, they tell service users that staff are off sick when in fact they have asked them to work at another service user. Managers tell you a great deal of personal information about other staff and then deny it. Ring an \emergency out of hours\ and you could wait 4 hours for a call back. I could go on but i must affirm, until management is changed i would avoid.

I have worked for this organisation for a little over 4 years, they are professional, responsive and have always provided amazing support to myself and the team. There is a low turnover of staff and a good number of the team have worked for the company for many years. The rates of pay, benefits, T &Cs are excellent as are the opportunities to undertake specialist training and advance your career. The staff are supported 24/7 by a team that know and understand the clients. Management are hands on and its normal to see a manager on shift working alongside the team. Allcare is a busy organisation that provides a essential service to its clients - being extremely busy goes hand in hand with the care industry and providing an excellent service to the client. I would recommend this as a great organisation to work for.
