I was nervous about buying a car online for the first time, especially as I live 200 miles away, but needn't have worried. Dealing with James at Autochoice was a pleasure start to finish. Not pushy, helpful and very professional at all times. By my own admission, I am a very fussy customer, and on inspecting the car on delivery I noticed a dog must have had a little chew on the corner of a side panel in the boot lining of the estate ( apart from that the car is mint.). I mentioned the this to the driver and he must have told James a soon as he had left. Before I even had a chance to take the car out James had phoned back asking me to take photo so he could get the part replaced. First class service. Highly recommend these guys. And a big thank you to all at Autochoice.

1st Class experience when purchasing from Autochoice Car Supermarket - Blackburn. Extremely helpful and responsive. Always friendly and professional from the initial enquiry to the delivery of the car (Covid guidelines adhered ). I was purchasing from over 250 miles away , bought a used car and was given 1st Class service. You can buy with confidence from this company. Professional and friendly .. every question was answered honestly, personal videos were sent inside and outside of the car. Delivered within the allotted time slot / car was professionally cleaned / checked / MOT. So pleased with my purchase.
