sister ordered a cake for a birthday a few weeks ago, arranged to pick up Friday morning,stood outside shop at 10-30 as the note in window said tht was time it opened, rung up was told it was going to be 11-30 b 4 she opened,so basically I couldn't get back to pick cake up due to work commitments, was picked up a day after the birthday.............both my self and sister weren't very pleased , got refunded in full and the cake.. wont be going back again...graham/ diane..
