Nice people with great product knowledge. Mostly I'm there to buy DVDs but I have purchased a kindle and games in the past. With that said I can't give you an opinion on selling things to them. It's one of the few shops I actually enjoy visiting and best of all when asked where I've been I can say "to the cex shop to buy some DVDs. With an almost straight face. ;)

Good CEX. Could do with more of a selection though. But the staff are friendly and helpful and i got my games that i was desperate for :) big smiles :)

Absolutely shocking customer service skills from the arrogant, ignorant, old Irish fart behind the counter. I've seen more manors from the homeless people that sit outside the shop! Can't exactly see why the shop would be open, (seen as it's lockdown) and cex is not an "essential shop" for "essential items" Won't be going back. Would be zero stars if that was an option

It's ok, some items can be a little bit pricey and the range of stock does vary from good to poor but its worth a look in if you're passing.

Nicely spaced out store, lots of tech. If you know cex then you know they're not exactly cheap considering everything is used. Any problems with anything just bring it back they say, what they're not always upfront about is you're only entitled to store credit. The phrase buyer beware could have been written for this chain of stores
