Matthew was extremely friendly and understanding. He helped me find a mattress that was exactly what I was asking for after another staff member wasn't listening to what I needed. I would definitely recommend this place aswell as the doing the sleep test to find out what kind of mattress is for you. I just hope that the other staff are like Matthew and not like the first staff member I had.

Really welcoming & friendly staff who was lovely & explained how to use the Sleepmatch facility & then left me alone whilst the technology matched you to the best mattress. Then I was professionally shown some relevant mattresses and was given time to try them (all Covid-safe with a cover over the pillow and I saw the gentleman serving me (Solly) spraying the mattresses as I entered the store) whilst he clearly explained what the different mattresses were made of and their prices. I was very impressed with the service and the Sleepmatch facility. I was even kindly given a bottle of water! Thank you.

Excellent Service from the shop assistant, he couldn't have been more helpful. The products are good quality and very reasonably priced. The delivery men were equally excellent. They were very considerate of the fixtures and fittings of the house and were good with their communication and efficient in their work of assembly, installation of the new beds, as well as disassembly and disposal of the old beds and mattresses. Can't fault them from start to finish. Highly recommended and would buy again.

Fantastic service received by Suleman, went out of his way to make me and my mum feel welcomed and offered the best possible service and the price and products were fantastic. Glad I bought from the blackburn shop and not online as received much better value for money. Highly recommended !
