Food was very nice, staff was aplenty, still always wonder why there is so much staff in german donner kebab stores like this one and the preston branch, but i guess the more the merrier haha, the staff are very friendly, portion size was ok, i used to trek all the way to preston for this now ill be coming to blackburn for this its much closer for me. Only bad thing i can think of is the limited parking but other than that very good and i hope all the best for the new store.

I've been 3 times this week, really nice food. Tried the chicken German Donner the first and second times, and I have just had the mixed one now and it was delicious. Really friendly staff too. I will be going often in the future :)

Ordered 5 items for delivery, all mixed. Two items had hardly any chicken. The three box meals all items delivered came without chicken. Explained that the experience for young teens was not great. Management response for a compensatory fries and spring rolls next time in store, was lackluster. Don't usally like to leave negative feedback, but having checked the reviews. Lack of chicken, sorry missing chicken donner on orders seems to be an issue at this store. So do check your delivery contents. Two stars given as the delivery was on time. This food experience gets a 1.

Shocking amount of meat, 5 thin Doner cuts, I couldn't see any chicken, food not hot..still hadn't put chips in after 2 attempt. I will give you benefit of doubt and will try again..but I will inspect before I leave at 8.99 I want to see more meat next time..

Don't accept orders over the phone, even for collection ? Get with the times !! I'm sure the business will be welcomed elsewhere.

Was a really looking forward to trying here so visited the Blackburn store that has recently opened. I ordered the original donor kebab when I was half way through eating my kebab I found a really long hair in my food which I had to pull out of my mouth. Which put me off the rest of my meal. Was disappointed as was not cheap, will not be going back!
