Awful customer experience. Visited this store some months ago wanting to sketch a design for a kitchen, clearly that was too much effort for them and they would rather sit in their little office drinking a cup of tea. They sized me and my wife up from the moment we walked into the shop and let us be, at one point even suggested the worktops I was looking at were too expensive for me. It was only until I was about the leave the shop did I mention that I was a professional and so was my wife and I showed them my plans for my 4m by 11m kitchen did they take notice and started to be nice. Tip for Kitchen Design Centre staff - don't judge people when they walk into the shop and leave your personal prejudices at home. Tip for Company: Maybe think about employing a diverse workforce and you'll get more business!
