Quite impressed with this firm. Easy online app n smooth journey to Preston. Was easy to contact driver when he couldn't locate me. Affordable transportation.
The one star isn't deserved. What a terrible taxi company, do not understand how they are still a business. I waited over an hour at Manchester Airport, though the taxi was booked for 4.20 he thought it would be convenient to take a another job whilst I waited. The taxi driver was a disgusting excuse of a human, attempting to blame me for the lateness, and kept making exuses which were not making sense. I do not recommend this taxi, its beyond awful with shockingly poor drivers.
Driver was 30 minutes late, the cab wasn't very clean either as there was a bottle of urine in the car also rude towards us about paying upfront wouldn't recommend using this service
