We bought a double ottoman bed & freestanding headboard for my teenage daughters bedroom, we ordered it on the Sunday and it was delivered the following Saturday, the delivery guys assembled it quickly and efficiently and took her old bed away for disposal, 1st class service, would definitely recommend buying from Prestige Beds and will be returning in the near future for my son's bedroom

Excellent selection of beds at good prices (Whitebirk site). Staff were pleasant and seemed focused on helping us make the right choice, rather than on ‘upselling’ or ‘making the sale’. Delivered and assembled 7 days later within the arranged 1 hour time-slot by a friendly 2-man team. Excellent service all round. Oh and the bed’s really comfy as well.

Nothing is too much trouble for this family run firm. They take away your old bed for no extra charge. How many other companies would look after their customers in this way. On this occasion I purchased a mattress protection cover which wasn't available except at their other site and they offered to deliver this for me rather than have me travel to their other store. I never buy my beds anywhere else.

Went there on Thursday afternoon to see beds and matteress, Bad customer service! - in fact there wasn’t any! Was attended by an assistant and he asked ‘how can I help you’? I asked I’d like to buy king size bed and a mattress. He asked me what sort of a matteress and I told him I’d like soft/medium. He pointed at one bed and walked off!!! No customer service Looked uninterested So I went to bensons for bed and purchased my bed and a mattress! And spent my 3450.

Fantastic service in very difficult times and they agreed to pick the old bed up and all was left for them at the front door ready and they left the new bed at the door very understanding and made my sons day in difficult times for all, a good day for him he'll sleep on style tonight thanks again would recommend very much.

Really impressed with the service at Prestige Beds. The staff were really helpful and not pushy. I would highly recommend this store for a friendly atmosphere and a great range of beds. Also you know you are buying from a local family company rather than a big chain.

These people are great. Never pushed us for a sale, never hovered, let us sit and think about the options that were presented to us and come up with our decision in private. Definitely be back. Too many places put pressure on the customer to close a deal. Old fashioned values at work here and it works for us totally.
