I have been a patient at this practice for years, it is staggering that anyone would rate the staff and doctors less than five stars especially through this pandemic. I have found all at Barbara castle way respectful, understanding and courteous

I've used this surgery for a number of years and found the staff very rude and blunt but today, I'm going out of my way to review my experience. I've spoken with Sol a number of times regarding a prescription which was needed within the day and he couldn't of done enough. Absolutely fantastic service and great to receive good service and someone friendly.

Called this morning at 8am for appointment for me and my 18month son, they kept hanging up and than when someone answered at 8:15 she said they fully booked. They have good doctors but the rest of the staff are hopeless. How can they get away with this sort of treatment to there patients is beyond me.

Reception staff is very very rude. I would suggest owners to change the full reception staff. They do not have the etiquette to speak to people. Me and my wife registered to his surgery and then we regretted. I didn't change the surgery because my wife was pregnant and needed regular medication but whenever I rang for requesting a repeat prescription for my wife they always argued in a very rude manner and never helped. Even now knowing the fact that my wife needs regular medication, they cancelled our registration not giving us enough notice to register somewhere else. People working in this surgery have got no care at all for the patient. Unprofessional and untrained staff running the surgery. I would sincerely suggest anyone and everyone not register at this surgery and if someone is experiencing any trouble from this surgery staff pur a complaint through Ombudsmen and let the surgery owners know what's happening in their surgery.
