I drove an 11 hour round trip today to collect a roll of carpet needed before Christmas. What I expected was to be greeted by some grumpy warehouse man that probably didn’t want me arriving at no doubt what should have been his lunch hour. What I actually got was a team of workmen that was lively, positive and full of chat and keen to help me. Had the carpet loaded up in no time and with minimum fuss. If only every work force / warehouse was like this. I very rarely do reviews - Merry Xmas
