Booked holiday and everything went smoothly. Nice friendly staff and helpful. Shop was abit cold though but not to complain as everything so so so lovely

Absolutely disgusting what this place does tell me 4 weeks for a refund 8 weeks later still get nothing so I ring head office for them to tell me that ita a good job I rang them because we was going to get any refund at all

First holiday i was left at the airport with 2 children and was put on a different transfer coach 2 hours later Second holiday same store (blackburn) changed my hotel 24 hours before we were due to fly out!! As Blackburn is very limited i was forced to go back to tui. Went into the store 3 times with 3 poorly children to try and book something and i was given incorrect information which led to my chosen holiday being increased in price by 200 pounds. When i complained about the staff being unhelpful i got a shoulder shrug!!! When i got up to leave stating that it was a disgusting service on member of staff (Riya) shouted out a very sarcastic 'bye' and then turned to her collegue(tracy) and giggled. I asked who the manager was and Riya shouted 'i am'. Have never experienced such shody, childish unhelpful, unprofessional service as i have done in the Blackburn Tui store disgusting

Booked a birthday treat for my wife, arrived at hotel only to find, it was almost full of grave dodgers. This we was NOT made aware of & if we were we have NOT have booked. We saw 2x reps only at meal times twice, saw 1 rep too busy ordering food on her mobile & 1 rep as we went to approach, instantly picked up his phone so to avoid us. On our return to MCR airport, we discovered my wife's case was dented. Saw NO-ONE there to make aware so, the next day went online to seek advice. Here we drew a blank so, went into town to the store we booked at. When tried to make our compliant, we were directed back to the internet to fill in a form online. So if you are 60 and fancy Tenerife, go to Tui & book the Hotel Troya, here you will fit in perfect oh, and you may even just get overcharged on the drinks just like we were. I won't mention the awful smell of stagnant water from the nearby bridge or, that if you are a NON smoker, you won't be able to enjoy room 101's balcony, this due to the smokers congregating below. From this experience, i doubt if we will be booking with Tui again.
