Awful company. After spending a lot of money with this company we were very displeased with the product. We contact the company and received awful customer service. My first emails were completely ignored. I then called and was put through to the head of customer services. This did not improve the service we received. I still waited weeks for answers to emails and every time i called the head of customer services was apparently out of the office. We were eventually offered an insulting 20.00 reimbursement. As we had spent over 600.00, this was an insult. The company carried out testing on the product and stated we had bleached the napkins. I work for a residential home and due to COSHH bleach isn't allowed in the building, so how could we have washed the items with bleach? I had to wait over a month for the head of customer service to get back to me, and i had to chase them. When i got hold of her she explained she had been on holiday. As a large company are they not trained to delegate their work whilst their away? OR are their customers unimportant and is it felt that we can wait or be ignored? When I last spoke to head of customer services, she explained she would pass the information of management on to me and now refuses to give me their details.
