Tried going through the drive through around 12:30pm yesterday. Waited for about 5 minutes for the truck at the window to get served so that I could reach the intercom to place my order. I finally get to the intercom and wait for about a minute with no one saying anything so I finally said hello, waited for an answer nothing, I say hello again is anyone there, wait still no answer. I probably waited about 2-3 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me with nothing, the lineup behind was growing so I drove up to the window to see what was going on,. The lady at the window opened the window and I asked if they were having problems with the intercom because no one is answering me, instead of answering she tell me one minute sand then proceeds to talk on the intercom to the guy who was behind me and ignored me, I waited for her to come back to the window for a bit and I finally got fed up said thanks for nothing I will go to red deer. Saw dairy queen on my drive back to red deer and stopped there. Got fast quick service right away. Thanks dairy queen, A&w could learn something from you.

Great all American here.
Great food but went in and they forgot a burger I paid for as well as sauce I specifically asked for. Had to go back and get it fixed to my surprise three others in the Reste raubt were missing items as well. I also will add that when I went through the drive-thru both workers were gossiping and laughing at each other not paying attention.
grabbed a burger and fries quick , i also requested a lettuce wrap instead of a bun because i’m gluten free. i’ve had some nasty, soggy lettuce wrapped burgers. but my experience here was actually the best. the lettuce was fresh and they had it wrapped up all nice. very pleased, thank you
They didn't use my coupon code appropriately, so I didn't get my discount (was in a hurry) but the server was super friendly and the food was great!
