Excellent Service! I was in dire need of a small, obscure wiring component that Dodge wanted to soak me for & that I couldn't locate anywhere in Red Deer. Spencer answered my call promptly & stayed late so I could pick it up since I was over an hour from home! After a few minutes of chatting I felt confident in his knowledge & will keep this as a place in my books should I need parts or service in the future! THANKS!!

Spencer is always extremely professional and helpful. I will always recommend for anyone that needs parts! He was less then half price of the dealership on the turbo needed for my forth gen. Dealer wanted 4000 and he had remans in stock for 1800 bargin week !

Horrible experience, there so called guard dog is just an untrained dog that is aggressive. Went there to grab a part they could even bother to come out walked right passed me didn’t even ask if I need anything felt like I was a super big inconvenience for just being there

Called about a part, told it would be sitting out ready to go, showed up and was then told by two people that they hadn’t spoke to anyone about it. I was given the speak that they don’t pull parts anymore ahead of time because customers don’t show up. I felt like I was an inconvenience to their “business” for showing up, wanting to buy from them.

My speedometer in my truck stopped working, I called to confirm that they had another cluster with similar kilometers on it (320km)which he assured me they did. I drove over an hour and a 40 minutes to pick it up only to find out he had given me a cluster with 440km when I put it in my truck this morning. His response when I called him was "we shouldn't have had a cluster with that high of kilometers". the smart thing to do would have been to mark the kms on the cluster but I'm assuming by the way this business is ran they are lacking the thinking ability. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would never deal with them again.

Terrible customer service. They consider theirselves an “auto parts store”. Guy wouldn’t even have the time to take the list of parts down I was looking for. If you want a buisness to not care about your time of day and only theirs then call here now. If you wanna be treated like a respected customer when looking for parts anyways. Stay far away. Prices are hit and miss. If it’s a good day for them prices are good for you. If it’s a bad day we’ll you get the gist. Terrible customer service!!
