I was required to get fingerprints done for my county pistol permit. I made an appt online for this particular location. I noticed they had appointments available next day too which was nice, most places were days out. After reading online reviews I was a little hesitant to use their services but kept my appointment anyway. My appointment was set for 8:10 in the morning. I arrived 20 minutes early and the receptionist (Brittany) immediately took care of me. She was beyond helpful and pleasant to work with. I was done and out of there by 8:03. Not sure what other reviewers are talking about, but the staff & service was top notch. Thanks Brittany!

They hardly answer the phone and if you leave a message you might get a call back . I sent them a email requesting some info on possible work , it took 6 days to get a response and still didn’t get the answers I was looking for . They were hiring and I was told to fill out application and email to them so I did . I also attached my resume to the email along with the application. It’s been 7 days since I emailed it to them and still no answer . Not very professional.

I walked off the job my first day, 10 and a half hour shift in the heat, no breaks, no water. Not only that they had me come to the office for my badge and shirt 10 minutes before i was supposed to start my shift which was 20 minutes away, and told me mynpay would be docked 45 minutes for a lunch break i never got. I walked a hour before my shift ended
