Boiler throwing codes, tech said board needed replaced. was to check on price and part and get back to me. week later, still no word. I had to go to office to get update. I paid them off and bought my own board and installed it.

It was after hours and Greg called me within 5 minutes of my call to the after hours service and was at my house within another 5 minutes. He is very nice and very accommodating. He came back the next day to change the filter on our furnace and was right on time. Thank you Greg!

We've been customers of Blackies for over 7 years. As part of our remodel, we've had new AC, extensive duct work, regular maintenance, new thermostats and vents.. pretty much everything. Through all of it, Blackie's has been fairly priced, highly responsive, easy to work with, and they show up when they say they're going to show up. There staff is honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I've recommended them to several people who are also now loyal customers!
