Great staff great dentist all ways at the end of phone

I was seen today for an emergency and was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. I only phoned this morning and they could see me straight away. I am not registered with a dentist and needed to be seen before x-mas. All the staff were very friendly and the practice is lovely and clean. I will be returning in the new year to register. Overall a pleasant experience.
I have always hated going to the dentist.. but since joining this surgery many years ago Dimitrios has always put me at ease with any treatment I have needed. Today I needed a molar extracting.. something I had put off for as long as... Dimitrios was so gently and caring reassuring me along the way. He removed the tooth in a much quicker time than I expected and pain free. I was so surprised. I can't reccomend this dentist enough, and the dental nurse working along side him!
I would rate 0, but that's not possible. Trying to get appointment for 2 days now, although website says- same day appointments available. Called yesterday- they told me to call today. Called today and the woman said- I will call you back, but she never did. When i called again, she hung up. Worst dental practice ever. Avoid.
The reception team are lovely, I just wish I could say the same about the actual dentist. She doesn't make you feel at ease or explain the process of what is happening and why she is doing it. Once your treatment has finished be prepared to have to google your own aftercare guidelines as she just sends you to the desk to book in 6 months later....
