We ordered the bed for our spare room just as the lockdown lifted. Berry’s staff were excellent taking the order and arranging the delivery etc. There was a small delay in the supply of the headboard but overall everything went smoothly. We called to check things were running to plan on two occasions and both times we were called back that same day with an update. The staff did everything they could to keep us in the picture. Have used Berry’s before and would definitely use them again.

Took the day off for delivery and no one came or phoned. When I emailed I was told the van had broken down so why didn't someone call me? Took another day off and the bed arrived. Apart from all this I was happy with the bed and the service from the guy's who delivered it. Probably a one off problem but it's important to communicate with your customers. Would use again.
I bought the bed online in December 2019. The bed was exactly what I expected and was very good quality. The delivery was very good and I was out when they were going to deliver but the people I was staying with took delivery. The delivery people took the bed upstairs. I was recommended Berry's by a friend and If I was asked to recommend a bedding company then I would be confident to recommend Berry's.
