Terrible communication, had a number of issues getting carpet ordered and fitted. Finally fitted and done incorrectly, they have left the old underlay down and fitted the new carpet on top. Never had so much hassle getting a carpet fitted. Beware shop elsewhere!

Very pleased with new carpet to stairs landing and bedroom, fitted with grace and efficiency the lads did a great job thankyou. Would recommend carpetright every time five stars.

Was busy in store, had to wait for assistance, the lady that dealt with our purchase was very nice and very informative. Our second purchase from carpetright. And not the last.
Went in yesterday ! Ofcourse not busy at the moment 3 staff sat at desk then when we needed help 1 had to go looking for another one . Carpet half price 8.99 then underlay same price as carpet dont make me laugh 450 for a 10by 14 carpet soon be shut this place nobody goes in rude staff silly price . Need some customer services here
