Absolutely disgusting service, sold me a dryer broke twice in 2 months then charged me a 10 pound delivery fee and refused to refund the guy was arrogant rude and condescending, said wasn't his problem avoid like the plague!! Would give zero stars if I could.

Rude delivery guy not given full refund and the 2 times my appliance broke I was expected to be without for days which is unacceptable with a young baby at home. Disgusting service.

Great to see Darbyshires back in business. Great staff and extensive range of product. Just bought a new electric fire from them today. And the best bit is YOU can leave a deposit which secures your item for when you can pay. And Five POUNDS for delivery. Full Marks.
