I would give it zero stars if I could several times had to call this place for advice due to current crisis with no help and told they would call me back which they never did so I had to call them again and again to be at the end of the week get a nurse from the practice calling me with a bad attitude saying not to call again as the receptionist don't know and can't help me so have to go without the treatment I essentially need due to them not having a care in the world

Not always helpful when trying to find anything out or to get appointments within a couple of weeks after discharge from hospital

Can't get an appointment with receptiona doctor staff (answering calls) decide wether it's urgent or not as they must be medically trained experts. Just realised they have 2 registered doctors for 15000 patients, no wonder I can't get an appointment. The figures quoted are on the NHS website just seems like a money making scam and not aimed at seeing patients. Studies done indicate where a doctor has over 2000 patients individual healthcare will suffer. I intend to register elsewhere as this place is the worst I've ever been registered with and should be closed down.

You can't get an appointment unless you ring first thing on the day you want it. When you do get through to there appointment team they usually tell you to either go walk in centre or A&E.
