It gives us great pleasure to write this review. We can honestly say that from the very first phone call we found the whole process of buying an unseen used car to be the best car buying experience ever!! We can’t fault the service provided by Will. His professionalism is second to none and his outstanding help and support when a problem occurred with our trade-in vehicle two days before our Click and Collect slot on Easter Saturday was very much appreciated. He went above and beyond to facilitate the hand over. He was very prompt in reporting back regarding the problem with our trade-in car and again couldn’t have done more for us to achieve a positive outcome for us. He even posted out an extra number plate for our caravan something we hadn’t thought about as we wait to be able to use our personalised plates. Also many thanks to Steve for his help and understanding when we rang on Good Friday with our tale of woe! The car we purchased was immaculate and we couldn’t be happier with it. A real gem of a car that suits our needs perfectly. We also felt very secure in these Covid times. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Harry Feeney and their wonderful staff. Discrepancy on Mileage and verbal advice given, traveled from Birmingham to purchase Toyota Verso PK65HCN, really liked the car, i was dealing with Stuart, i raised 3 points the mileage does not tally with records, MOT is due in 2 Months time, and Valeting required. Stuart advised the MOT i am welcome to get this done local in Birmingham and if any issues arise then he will sort out and offered 50.00 towards the MOT, he offered 25.00 towards car valeting, and explained to me that the vehicle was stamped at being serviced at 55,000 miles how ever the mileage was only 54,774, this happened as there technician rounded the mileage off, and made we wait 30 minutes whilst they amended and created new paperwork to FOOL me. Because i liked the car i requested Stuart to put everything he has advised in writing and i will purchase this vehicle immediately, but he then declined to and said its your choice, the MOT guys might take all sorts out on the vehicle, my only concern was that the front pads and discs looked very worn out and low. i am surprised that dealerships are clocking vehicles back to raise extra money and selling there vehicles by giving false information. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, AND CHECK PAPER WORK CAREFULLY
