I've left this pharmacy gave me someone else's medication, on multiple occasions given wrong meds promised my correct medication never arrived just had enough.

Top rate Pharmacy. Good stock (18 different items on my script) next day if not in stock. Well above average.
I suggest use another pharmacy if you can . The owner and staff are very cold hearted people, my own experience is very bad .
Prescriptions rarely correct. But nice staff. However. New Delivery driver likes to shout your personal business from your doorstep to the entire street. He was aggressive, rude, Threatening (yes really) and inappropriate to a disabled person. Shocking way to deliver medication to someone
My partner and I have been using this place for about 18 months and we have found that all the staff are lovely especially Sabina. The girls on the front desk are always pleasant and after I had life saving surgery were genuinely worried and asked how I was evertytime I went in. They know us by name the minute we walk in...... Occasionally I have to wait but this is a very bad time especially for these wonderful staff. I except the delivery drivers will be a bit short tempered when they have 130 deliveries and some out of town!? But I talk to them both and they are very nice men. I feel a little silly that I don't know all their names but I will make it my mission along with my partner George to find out. They are open from 7am till 10pm at night so I can imagine they are so so busy and I salute you all. Thankyou for everything love Emma T and George G. You will know who we are. Be safe.
Lost my 2 prescriptions. Then told the doctors that they had already been dispensed, which they hadn't. Then after 50 mins found them! 3 times I've used them. 3 times I've had a problem. Never again!! How the lady on the counter stays there, I'll never know!
Terrible Pharmacy just collected new medication for Diabetes which uses a needle. I asked the pharmacist if he could help me on how to use it. I was told go home read the instructions and if any problem contact the doctors surgery. Couldn’t care less. Rude and arrogant. Avoid!
I went here for help in Stopping Smoking, which I had tried many times before. Before going here, I tried others. They all said you would get support, which consisted of an occasional phone call to ask how you were doing, and quite honestly, you could tell them anything. I decided I would ask at my Chemist, and got an appointment with Sabina. She told me that she would give me the help and see me every week which surprised me. This weekly visit has been great because you think I daren't have a sly one as she may test my breathe. I have now completed 20 weeks without even a puff and its all down to this wonderful woman. I even enjoy going to see her. I can certainly recommend going here. Everyone at the Chemist are wonderful friendly people. By the way Sabina Good Luck for the future
