I asked Darren for some advice about fitting a lock to my roller door. He could have made money out of me but instead told me that my door was already electronically locked and very secure. It is very rare to find a tradesman as knowledgeable or as honest as this. I will definitely use this company when I need the door replacing or fixing. Very highly recommended.

Had Roller shutter garage door fitted in 2017. Great customer care for installation and for aftercare too. Received support in 2018 to help replace batteries (email response on boxing day !) And more recently in 2020 a slight adjustment repair carried out . Would recommend Keman

rang key man emergency this morning shutter would not work called him 730am 5 minutes of call he arrived pleasant guy got on with the job fixed my problem motor had gone explained new one needed as last one was 15 years old repair took 1 hour and tested all cables very professional i would defo tell people to use this company the owner is a real asset to his company . .

First Class. I had a quote on instalation from another company which was slightly cheaper but I liked Keman and their representaive more so trusted my instincts and went with Keman and am delighted I did. First class service, great product and faultless all round. We have recently had an issue which, unbeknown to me was a simple battery replacement issue. They called round and advised me what to do to rectify and flatly refused to charge a call out fee despite my offering for them to do so. Its that kind of customer service that is often lacking these days. Look no further, go for this company and you will be as happy as I am.
