DO NOT BUY HELIUM CANISTERS! In short - Defective item, seller hard to contact and tries everything to not accept responsibility, do not waste your time, shop elsewhere!! My experience - I bought one of the helium canisters from their eBay and the day of my engagement party came. We used latex and foil balloons (as the advert stated these worked well with their helium canisters). We blew them up 2 hours before the party (as suggested on the advert by the seller). The latex ones only stayed up for 2-3 hours before they started going down (advert stated they should stay up for AT LEAST 5hrs), and the foil balloons NEVER floated off the ground (advert stated they should float for around 1 week!)!! Very disappointed in the product and the customer service was atrocious. Took ages for a proper response (kept generating automated ones saying they would get back to me in the morning, which they did not so I had to message again) and when I finally got a response they prolonged the refund process and tried to say I bought the wrong balloons. However, when I told them I bought standard latex and foil balloons as their advert suggested, and had photogenic proof, they finally had no leg to stand on so said they would refund me as soon as I opened a case with eBay!! Long winded and stressful process. I will not be buying from them again. I urge you all to shop elsewhere to avoid the disappointment and hassle I endured.

Worst Seller/customer service ever.... i have ordered and paid 2 costumes. They sent only one to me but charged me for both. I sent the costume back due the very bad quality and they told me that they don’t have the possibility to provide prepaid label but that they would have give me back the monay for the postage. To cut a long story short i got back only the money for one costume, no monay back for the postage and no money back for the missing costume....I strongely reccomend to not buy anything from this seller... What is diving me crazy is that they keep on stating that I kept one....they are not doing their job properly and call customers liars...Anything worst than that!? Luckily Amazon service is excellent. The Amazon A-Z claim was found in my favour and not as the owner states in their favour and I got the money back.
