A women that works at pets at home was exceptional! Anything I ask was not an issue. She was amazing. She knew every product and was able to help me with my dogs ear issues. The customer service was amazing. I didnt catch her name but she had blond highlights and was in her 30's. Lovely women! She deserves some recognition!

Worst pet shop ever. I'm experienced fish tank owner, 150l tank with tetras, and regular client. They know me but still, every single time I want to but more tetras I need to give more personal details and answer more questions than when I book appointment with doctor. Want buy nothing ever again from there because of this personal details harvesting that happening in all pet at home shops

Plenty of pets however the things you need to go with the pet you choose are expensive. Rabbit died after 2 years :( now on to hamsters.staff very friendly and helpful.
