Robert was everything he promised to be and that the best of the reviews said him to be. Prompt, efficient, effective, and with an exceptional mastery of his subject. He serviced the boiler, gave us a lot of relevant information and spent extra time (not at our expense) sourcing two keys to open the boiler’s filter; keys we should have been given by DDH when they installed it a year ago. Robert also arranged estimates for fitting an outdoor tap and replacing ageing radiators. No hesitation in highly recommending Prince Plumbing. We are glad we have found them. New toilet fitted and Rob left the place spotless. Danny is the king of customer service, following up to check everything was done to complete satisfaction and remediating issues quickly without fuss. Both should be proud of their promptness and reliability, definitely recommended.
