I bought an item via amazon to repair scuff marks on the bottom of my sofa, but on receipt it didn't do what I was expecting but as I thought it could have been my error in the item I bought, Instead of leaving a bad review on Amazon, I contacted the seller. I found them to be extremely helpful to assist in getting my problem sorted and sent me an additional item which has solved the problem. I am very happy with the outcome and thank scratch doctor for all the help they gave. Exceptional customer service.

Amazing service, amazing product. Every leather sofa owner should have this kit. Aimee very helpful at Scratch doctor. I have managed to match in damage to my sofa made by my elderly cat, whose dribble seemed to strip the colour out of a small area on sofa seat. I tried shoe polish which has worked on tiny scratch marks made by cats in the past but it didn't work on the larger area on seat. Managed to get a good match by mixing med brown and black which is in the kit. Very happy with the result and now feel that should any other damage occur I can deal with it having this handy kit. Wish I had known about it earlier!
Great customer service. Bought leather steering wheel restoration kit. Wheel looks like new. Well worth the money and a bit of your time.

Furniture colour restore arrived having leaked all over the packaging. Very messy job cleaning up having lost a quarter of contents. Very disappointed
