This place was lovely. A great little fund for an afternoon out. The cafe is excellent with home made cakes etc at reasonable prices.. The staff were polite and showed us round... If you love horses then you'll love this place. It's only open three days week Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday..

Went to the open day after visiting earlier in the year and it was a fantastic day out! Mounted police demo, lots of other horsey games, birds of prey, doggy games - but the highlight had to be Atkinson's Action Horses - ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! Lots of food stalls, craft fair etc, overall a great day out.

What a fantastic place, the staff are so friendly, I was showed around by a lovely lady. The cafe is excellent with very good quality food at very reasonable prices ..and all dog friendly too! And they are a superb charity and do a brilliant job with the horses and ponies. Just wish I has visited sooner but I shall definitely be coming back!

Love this place. My girls can't come as often as they'd like, as they're at school. The staff are warm and friendly are amazing at their jobs! Heartbreaking to know how some horses ended up in their care, but reassuring to know, they are now loved, cared for and looking for their forever home. Always leave a donation to support their work. ️
