My other ride to Roanoke fell through at the last minute at 4:30 in the morning but when I called they were still able to get a driver out and they had me at the bus station in time. Dave, my driver, was very friendly and helpful, despite the hour, and I got a good price on the ride even though it was last minute.
called them 2 times taxi said i had wrong number i didnt . shame on you.. Dont depend on taxi ...i got Blacksburg BT free WOW NO WONDER PEOPLE GET DRUNK IN PUBLIC .. YOU LOST MY BUSINESS AND OTHERS NO HATE BUT WOW.
If i could give zero stars i would. I nearly missed my train to philadelphia because of you guys. I made a reservation on the 02/23/2020 to get a ride to squires at 4.30am on 02/27/2020....I called a day before to check in if they were still picking me up they said yes. The say arrived I kept calling them no one answered. By 4.45am I still havent heard from them. God been soo good as soon as i opened the lyft app i found a ride to catch my bus to amtrak. Why would I have it mixed up when it was the same number on your website I called. Are you trying to tell me another Taxi cab service has the same number as you guys?
