They are literally trying to make money off student. I work in Hahn, so at the beginning of the semester, I called and asked which pass to buy so I can park there. They told me to get a certain pass. I parked there and work for a month, nothing happened. Then I started to receive parking tickets saying I can't park there. VT parking is the most scamming services I have ever worked with

Parking services harrasses students at Owens Hall. I stopped my car to switch drivers (then immediately drove off) and one of the meter maids (wanna-be cop) jumped in front of my vehicle to try and write me a ticket. According to him, stopping my car for no longer than 10 second to switch off drivers was considerd \illegal parking\. It was clear that we were not the only ones being targeted by these people. This behavior needs to be stopped; parking services certainly has it's place but they are overstepping their bounds and need to be put in check.

A very greedy group of individuals that have little to no accountability to be concerned about. Their recent move to grab more money for after hours parking only ensures that off campus students will be forced on public transportation in the middle of a pandemic. It's ok though, parking services coffers will be filled!

Parking services is disgusting. They changed the policy this year so that people can't park in off hours on campus. They recognize that people working from home are not likely to buy a pass but know that they will come in some time so they are ensuring that even those people will buy parking passes. Similarly, they recognize that students are less likely to want to ride public transportation so they are more likely to buy a pass. VT is literally using the the pandemic as a reason to exploit the community.

It has been a month since I ordered the pass and I still have not received it (supposed to take 5 days max). Now they are trying to get me to pay 20 for a temporary pass under a “lost” pass. Would stay away from purchasing a pass if at all possible.
