I have always been able to get through to the surgery to speak to someone, which I was unable to do at my last surgery. I have always been offered appointments within a reasonable timeframe, usually very prompt. I have always been seen on time. Very good experience.

I went to the surgery today with a sick, as I have just moved into the area after calling to find out if my child can see a doctor. I got there filled in the forms showed all necessary documentations and I was asked to go to my old surgery were I moved from as the can’t see me until the next 48hrs. I asked what happens to my sick child as I have told my old surgery I have moved house, the staff claims she can’t do anything. I had to go home with my child praying nothing happens to him. Surgeries are meant to take care of a sick child no matter what happens, they did not bother to see if the sickness is serious or not before sending me away.
