Wonderful Mr Neil Blackwell and whole of his team. James Gascoigne excellent. All great team with a very high level of professional support/advice. I will recommend them wholeheartedly without any fear. They stand by their promise on service and fee structure. Neil Blackwell is a brilliant and a professional engineer and humble English gentleman. We are halfway through our project of building 24 brand new apartments with 2 big offices on ground floor. They have resolved very difficult issues by urgently visiting the site with very short notice given by us to them. We are so pleased with their services that I would like to reward them at the end of our project. Long live the gentle and caring Great Britannia. Long live the tender and caring humanity.
