After visiting store recently, we noticed very good covid-19 precautions in place. All staff took the precautions seriously. Nick the manager is very good at helping to get the best price possible. Although some doors may be a little thinner than the standard 18mm they are probably not much different from other kitchen retail stores. Sales people on the whole generally knew what they were talking about and were professional and well adjusted when visiting the home location. Rather impressed with Nick's manor and professionalism, he certainly cares about his branch and his customers. Although at the time the kitchen that was produced was not quite the right fit, I would advise speaking with Nick to see what could be done on price and further items. We had a similar experience from b and q where in this instance at the time won them the sale due to the overall integrity they showed, however after speaking with Nick I feel that his branch also shares the same level of integrity and compassion that we were shown at b and q.
