Worst experience ever!! I had the most discriminating experience whilst purchasing an air conditioner from this store. Firstly the critical part of the displayed model was missing. Secondly I was ignored for more than 30 minutes without any information of my fully paid product. Thirdly, I was never apologised to, even after I clearly showed my discomfort. I have not experienced such rude behaviour. Will definitely not return to this store. Please think twice while choosing this store for your purchase.
